For a project that required hands-free performance and a finish that would still present well after repeated daily use, the BathSelect Sensor Faucet (BS1222) proved to be a strong fit. The operating performance is strong from a technical standpoint: the sensing window activates quickly, shutoff timing is controlled, and water delivery remains consistent. The commercial finish package works especially well in projects where both corrosion resistance and visual presentation matter. Installation is straightforward with familiar connection points, and the internal layout is serviceable enough that maintenance teams can troubleshoot or access components without wasting time. That matters for lifecycle cost as much as first-day appearance. A big positive was BathSelect’s customer service. The team gave practical guidance during setup and helped clarify product details quickly, which is valuable when a project schedule is tight. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments. As a Hotel Operations Manager, we struggled with false activation on prior units causing water waste. This BathSelect faucet has shown zero false triggers over months, with precise infrared sensing and stable flow. It reduced maintenance calls and improved efficiency.
